AWR has launched a fan page on Facebook in an effort to take advantage of new ways to strengthen its connection with customers and provide excellence in service. Facebook provides a unique outlet to give customers behind-the-scenes updates, the latest photos and videos, posts on current events at the company, and perspectives on the RF and microwave industry (and life in general).

The fan page comes just in time to get the word out about AWR's 5th annual Customer Appreciation Party at the 2009 International Microwave Symposium that takes place in Boston from June 7 to 12.

"AWR wants to extend the energy and enthusiasm of all that we do that pertains to work-life balance," said Sherry Hess, VP of Marketing. "With Facebook, social networking doesn't have to end when the IMS event is over. We can continue our customer and partner appreciation efforts all year long."

The AWR fan page is live today and can be viewed at the following link AWR FACEBOOK FAN PAGE.
