Small Size High Performance SMD OCXO

KVG proudly presents new small sized high performance SMD OCXOs with dimensions of 25 mm x 22 mm x 15 mm only providing performance as known from much bigger cases previously. In addition to the excellent low phase noise performance the new OCXOs show tight frequency stability of ±5 ppb (±5 x 10-9) in the temperature range of –20 °C to +70 °C respectively ±10 ppb from –40 to +85 °C. The long t erm stability (aging) ist better than ±1 ppb per day, better than ±0.1 ppm per year and less than ±1 ppm within 15 years.
The phase noise at 10 Hz from the carrier is better than -130 dBc/Hz (optional even -135 dBc/Hz); at 100 Hz it’s -155 dBc/Hz already and at 1 kHz distance you can get -
165 dBc/Hz; the socalled noise floor’ is in the range of -170 dBc/Hz, typically.
