Skyworks offers MMIC products in Enhancement Mode (E Mode LNA) and Depletion Mode (D Mode LNA) pHEMT amplifiers achieving sub 1 dB noise figure and high linearity performance. For customers looking for low cost, high performance applications, discrete transistors are offered.
